I trained at The Acupuncture Academy, completing a three-year degree qualification accredited by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board and the Professional Standards Authority. I’m also a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), ensuring you receive safe, professional and high-quality care.
My training covered both traditional Chinese medicine and western biomedicine, with a strong focus on the Five Element approach. Over the years, this has shaped not only how I treat, but how I understand people — their emotions, their patterns, their stories, and the deeper roots of imbalance.
Today, my work has naturally evolved into a more holistic, integrative direction. I blend Five Element Acupuncture, elemental emotional coaching, and guided root-cause exploration to support you on a deeper level — emotionally, energetically and physically. My approach looks at the whole person, helping you gently understand why your symptoms may be showing up and what your body is really asking for.
I believe nature plays a profound role in our wellbeing. The Five Elements, the seasons, and the wisdom of our surroundings all influence how we feel, how we move through life and how healing unfolds. This is why my treatments and programmes intentionally reconnect you to your natural rhythms and inner landscape.
Before becoming an acupuncturist, I was a primary school teacher. Supporting others, nurturing growth and creating a safe space for people to unfold has always been central to who I am. That same heart-led approach now sits at the core of my clinical work.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy yoga, qigong, good food, sunshine, my cats, and travelling to beautiful places like Santorini.
If you’re looking for a practitioner who brings warmth, depth, and a truly holistic perspective to your healing journey, I’d be honoured to support you.
